Ryvex serves laboratories in 24 Caribbean markets — Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, US Virgin Islands — as well as laboratories throughout Latin America.

Perishable reagents and controls are kept in refrigerated storage at our Miami facility and handled as refrigerated cargo, preserving their quality and shelf life until they are shipped.

Ryvex is approved by U.S. Customs as a privately established Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ). Goods in a U.S. FTZ are treated as outside U.S. customs territory, so merchandise re-exported from the zone generally does not pay U.S. customs duties — an efficient base for serving the Caribbean and Latin America.
